1. Ethical Business Practices

3. Taxation & GST Compliance
BluMart Global LLP is fully compliant with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017.
- All invoices issued include applicable GST rates as per the nature of services.
- We file timely GST returns and maintain transparent tax records.
- Payments received and made are documented with proper tax invoices and receipts.
Note: As per Company practices, all payments must be made via bank transfer or approved digital channels, and no cash transactions are entertained for official business.
4. Commercial Terms for Delivery of Goods & Services
- All services (event planning, execution, logistics, branding, etc.) are delivered as per mutually agreed scope of work and timelines.
- Any goods (e.g., promotional materials, event kits) are delivered with proper documentation and quality checks.
- Advance payments, milestone-based billing, and final settlements are governed by signed agreements.
- Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies are clearly communicated in writing before project initiation.
All event-related bookings, space allocations, and service provisions follow structured guidelines, including:
- Non-refundable booking deposits
- Defined payment schedules
- Compliance with venue rules and government protocols
- Mandatory exhibitor and sponsor registration procedures
5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from business transactions shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.
If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
6. Policy Updates
BluMart Global LLP reserves the right to update this policy in line with changes in law, industry standards or internal governance.
