Cancellation and Refund Policy - BluMart Global LLP

Scope: Applicable to all clients engaging BluMart Global LLP for event planning, management, organizing and execution services along with any other services rendered by the firm under its name.

1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and advance payment.
• The advance amount and payment schedule will be clearly stated in the service contract or quotation.

2. Cancellation by Client

2.1 Time before Event: 30+ Days

Refund Eligibility: Up to 50% of advance may be refunded, after deducting actual expenses (e.g., venue, vendor advances).

2.2 Time before Event: (15-30) Days

Refund Eligibility: Up to 25% may be considered, subject to deductions.

2.3 Time before Event: (0-14) Days

Refund Eligibility: No refund due to pre-event commitments and resource allocation.

3. Cancellation by BluMart Global LLP

We reserve the right to cancel services under exceptional circumstances including:

• Force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
• Non-compliance with contract terms
• Non-payment as per agreed schedule

In such cases, clients will be offered:

• A rescheduling option (subject to availability)
• A partial refund, based on the stage of execution and incurred costs
• Or none of the above

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 20-30 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Any third-party charges (e.g., payment gateway fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Registration or booking fees
• Governmental or licensing charges
• Vendor advances already paid
• Any costs explicitly marked as non-refundable in the agreement

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts of New Delhi, India.
