BluMart Global LLP provides event planning, management, organizing and execution services. Deliverables may include physical items (e.g., décor elements, hampers, printed materials) and on-site installations. This policy governs the shipment and delivery of such items.
2. Service-Based Deliverables
- Most services are executed on-site at the event venue by our professional team.
- Physical items (e.g., décor, hospitality kits, branding materials) are transported and installed as per the agreed timeline.
- No separate shipping charges apply unless explicitly stated in the contract.
3. Physical Product Shipping (If Applicable)
Physical products may include décor elements, printed materials, hospitality kits or branded merchandise.
- Dispatch is initiated only after full payment and written confirmation from the client.
- Standard processing time is 25-30 working days post-confirmation.
- Delivery timelines typically range from 25-30 working days for domestic shipments within India.
- International shipping is available upon request, with timelines and charges varying by destination.
- All shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners with tracking support.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated and approved in advance.
- Bulk or oversized shipments may incur additional fees based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
- Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp once the shipment is dispatched.
- BluMart Global LLP is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers but will assist in resolution.
- Transit insurance shall be in the scope of the customer only.
- Any claims related to shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- All decisions regarding shipping and delivery are made by BluMart Global LLP Management and are final and binding.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated and approved in advance.
- Bulk shipments may incur additional charges based on weight, volume, and destination.
5. Tracking & Updates
- Clients will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once dispatch is initiated.
- Our team remains available for support until successful delivery.
6. Delays, Damages & Liability
BluMart Global LLP ensures secure packaging and timely dispatch.
In case of delays or damages caused by third-party logistics, BluMart Global LLP shall assist in resolution but shall not be held liable for such occurrences.
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Force Majeure
- Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
- Any unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
8. Final Authority
All decisions regarding shipping, delivery timelines and dispute resolution shall be made by BluMart Global LLP Management. Such decisions shall be final and binding upon the customer.
9. Legal Compliance
This policy is governed by the laws of India and adheres to directives issued by relevant authorities.
